Brilliant Kalanchoe

Before we were married, Jeff found a little root that someone had tossed aside and planted it.  Last year it was big and beautiful, but the frost got part of it and it died way back.  This year, we were determined to save it from the frost!  We put it on our wagon and carted it into the garage when it got near freezing.  I couldn't believe it when it started forming buds, but a little research on the internet told us that when it had periods of darkness, it would start to bud!  With a combination of the early winter darkness and time in the garage, that's what happened!
