My Surprise!

Jeff came to me all excited on Friday saying that someone had sent me a surprise!  I asked him who did it and he said they didn't want to say, just that it was from the "internet."  Well, of course, I started pumping him for questions and so many guesses.  And I had to wait until Monday when it was going to be delivered!  Well, finally, the UPS man delivered a package and I got to open it!  It was the most fancy pair of flipflops I've ever had!  Gold straps and bright colors, I love them!!!  Well, immediately I started speculating who sent them!  And then he fessed up-they were from him!!!!!  Even better!!!  :) :) :)  I thought it was so nice!  And then he told me an added bonus:  they didn't cost him anything!  An online store had sent him a coupon, he found these on clearance and they had free shipping!!!  Wow!!!  Totally cool!!!  It totally made my day and week.  They are so comfortable and I really needed them because I was hoping my others wouldn't fall apart when we would go to Walmart!

A Big Wheel!

Jeff, Zane, and I were out this evening and on the way home we drove by a house with a man washing a car and by the road sat a big wheel!  And as we drove by, I saw a sign with the wonderful word, FREE!!!, on it. Jeff said, "Really?"  So, I stopped and backed up and he got out and looked it over.  The man washing his truck said it had been used by his four kids, and by his 12 grandkids!!  So, Jeff said Thank you! and put it in the back of the suburban!  We got it out after our bike ride and Jeff washed it off and Zane looked it over!  He even got a ride on it with his little feet up!

Just Cute

Saturday Jeff washed the car and so we had to go out and support him!  :-)  I love Zane's little chair.  We took it all the way to the Grand Canyon and back and didn't even get it out of the car!  He did really well in it and sat for a long time.  But when he wanted out, I had to help him because it was kind of hard for him since his feet don't touch the ground.  :)

Christmas

Christmas is such a wonderful time to spend with family.  We had a wonderful first Christmas with Zane.  It was so neat that everyone could love on him and get to know him better.  We ate so much good food and had lots of fun!  Enjoy the pictures!
