April 2020!

Today is the last day in April and I'm writing a blog post about the month!  Hooray!  This has been the fastest month of the year I think!  It feels like it just started.  And now it's almost May!  It's almost been maybe one of the best months of the year!  Haha, well, I'm sure other people can say otherwise because I forgot for a moment that we are still having a pandemic, but I've gotten to have Zane and Rachel and Jeff around me all day and it's been great!  We have made it through over a month of homeschool!  I feel like I know what my kids are learning!  The kids have gotten to play, play, play!  And it's been so nice to have no obligations to be anywhere.  I love that part.

So, on to pictures!  I have quite a few this month!

Pretty blooms!

I was waiting to see this bloom, but the deer ate it.  :)

Little peach!

Mom's huge rosemary plant!

Little monkeys

Snuggles are the best

We had a lovely rain and we had to run out between showers and check the creek!  It was fun to see it fuller and fresh!

The water on the white rocks was fresh!

We made pumpkin pie using an egg beater!  They loved it!  (I'm not sure why this picture is in with the rain pictures.  Maybe we made this during a shower.)

The cabin that Daddy built them!  It's awesome!

Leading singing in our little family devo!

Oh, I was really proud of these.  I made a yellow cake mix into chocolate cupcakes!

Mom has pretty irises up there!

Rachel got her training wheels off!!!  The second day she didn't want to ride because it was soooo hard.  The next day she went out and went around the house and came back and said it's soooo hard!  Zane saw that her back tire was flat.  She said, my legs burned!  Daddy pumped it up, but the next day it was flat again.  So he changed the tire with her looking on.

Learning to type!

Hope May is just as good as April!  I loved this month!
