I couldn't resist, "Can we get cantaloupe, Mommom?" in the grocery store.  Then it wasn't ripe, so he asked me day after day if he could have cantaloupe.  It wasn't bad for off season and he just loves it.

He loves getting out "his" vacuum.  I decided that perhaps he'd just vacuum for me and he did for a few seconds probably.  But he decided he likes it better off with him making the noise so I guess I'm just going to have to wait a little while longer before he takes over the real vacuuming.  Rats. ;)

Funny thing he said recently..."Whatcha got cooked, Mommom?"

And then after supper he told Dada, "You play with Zane, Dada?"  Dad said I need to help Mommom clean up. Zane-"No.  Mommom do it."  hah!  Guess what's coming for him someday???  ;)

We usually have Zane eat his other food first before we give him his bread (tortilla, roll, corn muffin) at a meal because otherwise he'll just fill up on that.  So recently he asked, "When I'm through with this then I get a fat roll?"  :)
