Mocha Mint Cappuccino

I love buying Jeff things that he likes.  One of those things is Mocha Mint Cappuccino.  He would get one to go when he had to go driving for work.  And then he found out how much it cost.  Oops!  Sorry I ruined it for you, Jeff!  Anyway, I decided to try and make my own.  And he says he likes it! 

I'm not sure how much this makes, but this is what I've mixed so far.
3/4 cup instant coffee (put in baggy and crush with rolling pin)
1 cup powdered coffee creamer
1 cup instant hot cocoa mix
1/4 cup powdered sugar
about 7 candy canes crushed with a meat tenderizer

For one cup of cappuccino, I put 3 tablespoons.  For a to-go size mug, it's 4 1/2 tablespoons.  I got the main ingredient list from this blog. I have already added more coffee and may need to tweak the recipe a little to get it exactly how he likes it.
