I did make a few changes in these recipes to use what I had, but it still turned out well, so you can just play with it a little depending on what you have in the pantry. I really recommend it for something different!
We make pizza on a weekly basis (usually on Friday nights) but this looked so good that I sent Jim out for the spinach and mushrooms last night, and we're going to have it tonight!! I have a crust recipe from the Better Homes and Gardens cook book that I really like, but I've been working on modifying it to be even better. I think maybe using a little butter instead of olive oil will make it a little crispier and add flavor. Hmmm... I'll have to try that tonight! Thanks for the recipe!
