I can't believe, but am so happy, that it's the last day of July! This summer has gone by so fast. Zane is already 2 years and one month old! That is amazing to me. I'd say the last few days, he has started speaking in more complete sentences. It's so surprising to hear, and fun, and just a tad sad because he's getting to be such a big boy!
One the way home from the doctor's visit yesterday, we passed a construction zone.
Me: Did you see any barumbas?
Zane: No. Just diggers.
Zane: Janie orange barumba.
Me: ( I can't remember what I said.)
Zane: Dada orange barumba too.
Oh, and he's started calling me "Mom." No way! Yes, way. I am not thrilled and am trying to emphasize Mama or Mommy or MomMom. I am not ready for just Mom!
