Summer in July!

Our summer days consist of many things!

She was so happy with her tomato picking!

I told the kids that during summer we would check out the Star Wars maker book from the library and actually do some science experiments. They loved it.

Next up: Some kind of Star Wars volcano!

Zane's 7th Birthday!

Wow, Zane is 7! He wanted a Star Wars party and we were glad all the family could come and celebrate him.

Last day of Vacation and Jeff's Birthday!

What a great time to have a birthday! On vacation in Colorado! No work, cool weather, you can't beat that!!!

It actually rained on our last day with thunder and lightening around. We had planned to go on the gondola ride that was free on Fridays as part of their summer program, but because of the thunderstorm, it stopped running for a time. No worries, we could see it from our condo and knew when it started up again! We got to walk to it. It wasn't very far away and we had a great time riding it!

Off we go!!!

Now that's a clever way to get the trash down the mountain!

I'd never been to the top of a ski resort. There was a restaurant up there and this particular day, they had games set up that we were able to play. It was cold on top! Very chilly and the wind was really blowing!
