Uncle T's Birthday Celebration/Easter Party

This weekend we had family over to celebrate Uncle T's birthday!  While we all enjoyed his company, Zane thought T came just to see him.  :)

Preparations underway:
Be still my heart.  He VOLUNTEERED!

He even moved these into the kitchen so he could do the dining room.
 Finally here!

Zane wasn't that interested because Uncle T showed up.  So I got to do his.

Easter Pictures

Rachel didn't want her picture taken, but other than that, the pictures turned out!

Snuck a picture in church.  Before it started.

He is so sweet.

Zane took this one!

There's her little face.

Easter Egg Hunt

We joined with the neighbors this year to host a giant Easter Egg party for all the church.  We had a great turnout and it was so fun!  We had a section that was just for ages three and under so they would be able to find all the eggs they wanted and that worked great.  The Easter bunny even came!

Sunny days

We have been enjoying lots of picnics!  The weather is getting really warm, but it's still pretty pleasant when we're in the shade.  Today I stocked up on bug spray because our mosquitos are really bad and baby sunscreen.  It just seems so bright outside.  Time to start applying!

All business.

She's adorable.  Put on her own sunglasses.

Carrots!!!!

I repotted my fig trees.  They are growing so quickly!

Gorgeous girl!

He still loves digging!!

Old News!

I have no idea why, but March crept along for me even though we had lots of things going on, and now, we are halfway through April and it's just flying by!  Anyway, this is old news, but I just still can't believe we did it!  I hosted my first ever garage sale!  I LOVE garage sale shopping.  It is so much fun times a thousand.  But, having a garage sale is ten thousand more times as fun!!!!!

I got lots of compliments on being so organized!

bye-bye baby clothes!!!!  A little sad, but not too bad.  :)

So.  This.Is.Hilarious.  I asked Jeff if he wanted to get rid of this shirt that has been hanging in his closet since before we were married and that he hasn't even worn one time since we were married.  No, he says.  Ugh!!!  Guess who came out wearing that shirt on THE day of the garage sale?!?!?!  The rascal I'm married too, that's who!!!!  Still makes me laugh.  It was so funny! hahaha
These two kept me company and assisted me with everything!  I was so happy they were there!!!

Definitely a future garage saler!!!!

All the leftover stuff went STRAIGHT to good will!  No need to keep it around and go through it again!

We welcome early birds with open arms!  The real early ones even came with flashlights!!!

That's me!!!!!!!!!  WOOHOOOOOO!!!
I can't wait to have another one!!!!!
